Though we are new to breeding having just whelped our first litter here in July 2008, These are the girls that started Bluwave Collies. We breed for both rough and smooth collies with health and beauty of being our ut most concern. At this time we have two brood bitches and one stud dog here at Bluwave.
 
While our Rough bitch goes back to Fantasy,Long Acre, Vennessee and Galatean. Lyric is a double up on the great "Brandon" Ch. Fantasy's Bronze Talisman ROM.

Our Smooth bitch ( while just getting started) goes back to Tir Nan' Og, Mystic, The Meadows, Clarion and Gambit just to name a few of the fabulous kennels she is behind.

So, It is with our roughs we base our lines on the great Fantasy, and Long Acre Kennels as our Smooth lines are based on the legendary Brandwyn and Parader lines with great kennels such as  Provenhill,Long Acre,  Tir Nan' Og, and Fantasy along with the classic kennels such as Clarion,Gambit, The Meadows etc.With the wonderful combination of Roughs and Smooths we hope to set out in creating our own  line that will make Bluwave Collies a very distinctive name and look  in the show ring. 

We are just getting started down this road, we have made great memories and wonderful friends along the way and we can't wait to see where Bluwave Collies stands in the future.
